OLB88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) commitments. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where OLB88 identifies unusual account activity.

If a player fails to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time period as specified by OLB88, OLB88 reserves the right to restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay; suspend the account; or close the account entirely. All transactions on OLB88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). OLB88 does not apply currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to standard network transaction fees which are beyond OLB88's control.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 50. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published in the Payments section of the platform, which may be updated from time to time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until applicable KYC verification has been completed.

OLB88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. OLB88 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any platform content.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted, OLB88's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall OLB88's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, OLB88 may forfeit all bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances verified as legitimately deposited will be returned to the player's last verified payment method following any applicable investigations or legal holds.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting OLB88 customer support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method. Pending wagers at the time of closure request will be settled according to their respective outcomes.
